I did most of my higher education, i.e., UG and PG, in a distance study mode. My areas of interest in academics are English language and literature, Psychology, & Sociology.
As an educator and trainer, I have always focused on imparting knowledge that resonates and stays with learners. My teaching philosophy, influenced by my Impact Foundation Certified Trainer certification, revolves around creating impactful and memorable learning experiences. I believe in blending traditional methods with innovative techniques, ensuring enlightening and engaging education.
My venture into graphic design and web development led me to establish Innovative Web Technologies™, an ITES Company where I serve as the Founder and CEO. Here, I've had the opportunity to bring creative ideas to life, offering services from website development to digital marketing. My leadership at Innovative Web Technologies™ exemplifies my commitment to providing cutting-edge technological solutions.
In addition, I hold the position of Managing Director at Guntakal Web Tech Solutions LLP, an MSME and Start-Up firm. I apply my business acumen to foster innovation and growth in this role, supporting start-ups and young innovators through consultancy and training services.
Education remains a cornerstone of my life. I founded R.K.'s Institute of Excellence in my hometown, where I also reside. The institute is a testament to my dedication to providing quality education and training. It is a hub for students and professionals to gain skills that propel them towards success.
My role as an English Faculty and Training & Placements Officer at S.S.G.S. Degree College, Guntakal, allows me to impact students' academic and professional journeys directly. I utilise my English literature expertise and understanding of the job market to prepare students for their future careers.
I am pursuing my PhD in English Literature as a part-time scholar in the Department of English at GITAM University, Hyderabad. This academic endeavour deepens my research interests and complements my teaching, providing fresh perspectives and insights into literary theories and research methodologies.
Community service is another area I am deeply passionate about. I founded the NGO "New Blood for Better Nation" (N.B.F.B.N.), aiming to empower communities through education and skill development. My work as an executive member of the Raj Foundation further extends my commitment to educational outreach and community development.
Promoting scientific temper in society has been a significant part of my journey. As the former General Secretary of Guntakal for Jana Vignana Vedika (J.V.V.), part of the All India People's Science Network (A.I.P.S.N.), I've worked to teach a rational and scientific approach to our community.
My past experiences as a Senior Faculty of English at Narayana Junior College and as a Guest Faculty at Shastra Junior College, along with roles at Sree Saraswathi Vidya Mandiram and KCNarayan English Medium School in Guntakal, have enriched my teaching career, providing me with diverse experiences in educational settings.
